In order to answer this question, it must first be answered what such a basic principle has to fulfill. The first point that the principle has to fulfill is that it is so elementary that the world cannot function without it. The second property that must be present is that it can do without another principle, but all other principles cannot do without it. The only thing that is allowed to exist without the basic principle is existence, because without this the world cannot function because otherwise it would not be there. In my previous text I hypothesized that the basic building blocks of the world are the information 0 and 1. The basic principle needs the information in order to exist, because if there were no information it would be synonymous with the non-existence of the world. But what is the basic principle? In my opinion, it's the change. Almost all principles, such as the laws of nature, would have no effect if nothing could be changed and if something has no effect it is just as if it does not exist.The change only needs the information to exist. If you take it seriously, every effect of something is a change and if something has no effect on something, this is synonymous with non-existence. So you could say that the basic building blocks of the world, the information, need change so that they can exist. Strictly speaking, the creation of something is actually also a change and in order for something to exist it must have arisen beforehand. Therefore almost all information would not exist without the change. The only information that could exist without change would be that nothing exists and that nothing changes.
