One of my poems that I like best ^^

The wanderer in the rain

Drops on the pavement
They race down the window
From the sky they fall down in competition
Always in a hurry
To finally
To be smashed at the target

Your death sounds like the steps
Tiny creature
Pursuer of the wanderer
Who tries to escape them on old paths
Sounds like a bell-like laugh
Of a child
Pursuer of the wanderer
That sinks into memory

It was a long way to get here
And his way to his goal is long
Leads over mountains
Cross rivers
Which swell under the rain
And blurring their boundaries
Like the borders of the world

The way goes on
The sound of drops puts all life to sleep
Remind
Tracked
The sleeping wanderer
He found shelter under trees
Before the rain

Drops on the pavement
They slowly fade away
Dried by the sun
That found its way through the clouds
Bright and warm
She accompanies the hikerOn his way
Home

Yes, it has a happy ending! Hard to believe with me XD but I think it's fitting to end the autumn poems with this one ^^
