Behind the light were shadows. When he stepped out of the soft light, the shadows enveloped him. His eyes glittered mysteriously in the light of the moon, but when he stepped out into the dark shadows his eyes darkened. It seemed as if the shadows crept into his eyes and took possession of them. In front of him, in a large clearing in the moonlight, was a lake. A beautiful lake with a waterfall. A small one, but this place was romantic. The hanyou stopped. When he closed his eyes he could see her. Her laughter, everything ... He could feel her body in his arms, that feeling had been so wonderful ... He had felt so strong ... Why was she gone?That was not fair! What did he do to be punished like that ?! He bit his lip. Why was everything taken away from him? Just when he found his world, everything was destroyed again. The girl had been taken away from him! Was there a greater punishment for someone desperate for love?

He missed her so terribly. He was eaten from within. Hadn't she realized that going away could leave wounds? With her friends, with ... him? A bird landed on a branch. There was a sad glow in his eyes, enhanced by the light of the moon. He saw the hanyou down there in the grass. What was he doing here, all alone? Had he lost someone he loved too? The bird didn't know. He was more interested in his beloved, lost bird lady. Where did she go? Hopefully she hadn't looked for another! His little bird heart would not survive that.It would just stop. Then he would never again be able to spread his wings and fly away to freedom. But he didn't want to be alive without his bird lady. Without her, life was no longer of any use.
