A few days later a chaos started that threw me completely off balance. In the early morning the argument with Alex that I couldn't get out of my head and then this annoying Jack. "Hi Amber." I saw Tia disappear with the other children. "Hello," I said and wanted to go. "Wait a moment." it was not a request but an order. Then Jack grabbed my shoulder and turned around, held me tight and kissed me, with great difficulty I got him off my neck.
"Fishing rod…?" I turned around and saw Kai's angry face. "K?" my voice sounded so broken. "Is everything okay with you?" I nodded to him and pulled him out into the open with me. Nobody had seen anything from the children and especially not Tia, outside I huddled against Kai. "Angel look at me." asked K, I looked up at him. His look was inquiring and yet loving, I didn't know what he was looking for, but he seemed to have found it quickly. "Fishing rod?" I was afraid to keep looking at him. "I know you don't like him ..." I looked at him. How did he know? He had decided to drive and therefore took the key out of my jacket pocket.
Jack stood and looked at the car she saw it in. "Jack what were you thinking?" the one just mentioned turned around and sighed. "I can't leave them to ..." he plopped down on a chair and looked at the children. "Every time I see her I just think about it ..." Jason shrugged. "She's with Kai, you don't get used to it." he turned sideways. "And if that happens again I have to report it if Amber doesn't already." Jack saw it and thought about it.
There was silence in the whole house, nobody seemed to be there, but something clouded this silence. The sobs came from the kitchen, Kai walked slowly from the bathroom there, looked around the corner. "Angel ..." he whispered, watching her shed her tears. He stepped quietly into the kitchen, she didn't even look up when I sat down next to her.Suddenly she was in my arms and sobbing so much that it even hurt me. It visibly hurt what had happened and yet I couldn't get rid of the feeling that there was something else that was also bothering her. "Angel, what's wrong?" he whispered to her. She looked up at him and tears were still flowing down her beautiful face. "It's okay, Angel." he brushed a strand of hair back from her face.
Why was I crying so hard in front of him? Was it because I was so sorry for all of this? No, it was because I thought I would lose him by doing this. More and more tears came into my eyes and without knowing it they ran so much that it hurt him to see me like that. "K?" I whispered very softly. "Yes, Angel." his eyes radiate so much warmth. "I love you, Kai." he smiled gently at me. He wiped my tears away and pulled me up with him, I hugged him and I realized that it wasn't a dream he was here with me. "The last time you cried like that was ..." it didn't go on but just left the end of its sentence hanging in the air. "... when dad died I cried like this for the last time." this sentence hurt but it was the truth. She was shaking all over, it almost looked as if she wouldn’t stay much longer, Lily pulled him to the floor with her. "I'm sorry." she leaned against him and clung to him.
He had managed to get her to lie down a little to rest, he had to promise Jack nothing to do, but let's see what happens Kai thought to himself when he picked up Tiana. "Papa" she yelled happily across the room when he came in. "Well a sparrow what's going on." she just grinned and a lot around his neck. "Where's that mom?" she looked around searching. "Mama went to bed, she wasn't doing so well, Sparrow." she looked at him sadly. "You know how mom is." then Jack came around the corner. "I'll get my things, papa." he nodded to her. "I hope you had what you wanted!" asked Kai bitingly."Jack, why are the children screaming like that?" Jason came asking from outside. “Ah Kai, nice to see you.” Jason held out his hand. "I'm happy too, Jason." he said and they both shook hands firmly. “Are you going to get your little one today?” Kai just nodded. "How is Amber?" Kai looked a little grim at Jack. "Well, if it's up to her, he'll get away with it!" the anger spread inside him. "This is Amber as I know her." Kai nodded again. "Yes, it has always been like that, sometimes you can only say unfortunately." Jason nodded and noticed that someone was pulling on his pants. "I have to go to the pot." he took the boy's hand. "Jason, if you want, come and have dinner with your family." Jason smiled. "I accept the offer with thanks." he took the little boy away. Tiana took quite a lot of time so I went to look for her. "Tiana?" she stood there and cried. "Sparrow what do you have?" she pressed against him just like her mother and said weeping. "The guys over there took my mom's necklace away." he nodded and let go of her. "Papa they are mean." he could be that too, especially when you did something to the people he loved. "Well you two." he looked at her grimly. Both shivered and dropped something before starting to run. He picked up the necklace and went back to Tiana, took her things and went with her to the car. "Father?" she saw it in the back and looked out the car window. "Yes Sparrow?" she looked at him or at least in the rearview mirror where they could both see each other. "Do you think mom would be angry if she knew that I almost lost her necklace?" she looked sad. "Unfortunately, something like that happens to Spatz. You can't change it.
The two were making dinner when Amber stomped out of the bedroom, both looking up as she stepped into the kitchen. "Mummy." Tiana almost yelled. Amber felt her head and looked at her daughter as she stood there with Kai, she had wished that before. But it was she who had built this distance for 5 years she had not contacted him.A time for which she hated each other so much, but she loved the two more leave everything else in this world. "Mom, we wanted to eat outside." Amber nodded to her daughter and went to the balcony door. Alex saw Tamara and Haruna outside, the three of them seemed to get along well. "Well, sister." Alex said to her. "Alex you are really nice to me." she grinned. When she plopped down on an empty chair. "Say is what Haru just said is true?" asked Alex. "What did she tell you?" Amber asked a little confused. "This Jack or whatever his name is supposed to have turned on you in front of Kai's eyes!" she just nodded curtly and then looked into the kitchen. Kai and Tiana had fun cooking together, you could tell at first glance.
