"Garp's Sicht" (16 years ago in Impel Down)
With a serious expression I look ahead as I walk through the corridors of Impel Down of the notorious underwater prison. My path leads me to the infirmary where Portgas D Rouge and her daughter Gol D Anne are located. Even today, two months after the baby girl was born, I still wonder how Roger managed to get Rouge pregnant. It was decided that the king of the pirates, like his beloved and his descendants, would be executed in a few days without the knowledge of the world.
Nobody knows that Roger's execution was just for show about 6 years ago. How it was possible for Rouge to carry her firstborn son to term for so long remains a mystery to me. That she had survived at all was a miracle, but maybe it was because of the love for the black-haired man, I have to suppress a grin, something absurd, although, who knows, maybe Ace could keep it up from her when I got him throw in the jungle. As I ponder, the words of the pirate king come back to my mind.

When I enter the hospital room, the soldiers salute, and the rouges are immediately guarding. Without further ado I send her outside to be alone with the young woman.
At first, Rouge doesn't seem to notice me. She has lovingly hugged the helpless girl and quietly hums a lullaby. "Rouge, it's time to get Anne out of here." I start calmly and look at her. Once again, Rouge hugs the sleeping child and then hands it to me. "Don't worry about blush. The girl will surely grow up." I promise quietly and leave the room. While I am walking through Impel Down, I take care not to run into anyone. I wrapped Anne in shawls so that she cannot be recognized but is mistaken for clothes.
As I enter my ship, my men salute and I give the order to cast off. “Home.” I say to the navigator, who acknowledges the order with a nod.I take a quick look at the underwater prison again. I will miss you old enemy. I have to grin, my old rival, without him it won't be the same as it used to be. When Impel Down can no longer be seen, I step below deck to my captain's cabin. With Anne in my arms I go to my desk and sit down with her first. I look closely at her and I can already see the black fuzz on her crops, so she will get her father's hair. Tired, she opens her little eyes and looks at me with big brown eyes. I make a funny grimace on my face which makes her laughing and stretching her arms towards me and holding her up a little to make her giggle even more. "Hm if you keep your name the navy could recognize you one day ... From today on you will be called Gol D Luna" I whisper softly and the brown eyes look at me curiously. I get up smiling and then put it in my bed, in the middle, so that it doesn't roll over if it can turn itself.
When she started to whimper softly, I cover my eyes "Where is the Luna?" I ask and the little one falls silent. With a grin I take my hands from my eyes and shout “There she is!”, With an “Oh.” She looks at me and then starts to chuckle. My grin gets bigger and I keep playing with her `look-look`.

"Jump in time a few days later"
When we finally docked I step on the island. I ordered the soldiers to stay on board so as not to draw too much attention to us. For a moment I look at Luna who is sleeping in my arms before I make my way into the forest. When I've been walking uphill for a while, I spot the hut that was my goal. Once at the top I knock on the wooden door and Dadan opens it. "G ... Ga..Garp-san!" comes from her frightened and stares at me in disbelief. "What are you doing here?" she asks me after she has calmed down again. "You will take care of the girl and raise her together with Ace. Her name is Luna and she is Ace's little sister." I briefly hug the sleeping child and then hand her over to Dadan, who stares at me with open mouth. I turn silently, pause again and call over my shoulder to her: "If you don't do it, you will regret it!", With that I go back down the mountain and raise my hand in parting.

"Ace point of view"
Grumbling, I look at Dadan when she comes back into the hut with an expression of horror on her face and looks at me. She has something on her arm. I briefly look at the other mountain bandits who are gathering around Dadan and looking at the little something in their arms. With a grim expression I put one foot in front of the other and arrive at the man's wife. She answers my unspoken question about who or what she has there by saying, "Your sister, Ace." Dadan pushes the bundle into my arms with a "Take care of her." and goes back to her own business that doesn't interest me. Then something occurs to me, "How is that supposed to work, old man?"That I call her that seems to annoy Dadan, but she just shrugs her shoulders. I snort at the little one and ask Dadan for her name grumbling." Luna. "I hear from the orange-haired one and growl as one of the bandits too loud, this one tripped over a pot and it rattles a lot. As a result, Luna starts to cry and I go outside with the girl, where it is quiet The sun is shining warmly on us and I sat down on the ground without further ado and leaned against the hut behind me. Luna is still whimpering softly and I stroke her cheek, causing her to stop and take a finger from me with her little hand When she opens her eyes my breath catches briefly, these brown eyes seem so familiar to me, a voice penetrates my subconscious as she sings a lullaby, a beautiful face with freckles, framed by slightly curly hair that has a soft pink tone . I blink slightly when I feel something wet on my finger and look down at Luna, who has my finger in her mouth and is sucking on it. She really is my sister, the resemblance to my mother is there. Is she still alive? I would love to see her, tell her that I miss her. I swear to myself, I'll protect Luna, I wouldn't forgive myself, after all, she's my little sister.
