As it was, however, Goten's hair flamed a deep golden hue for a moment, and the accumulated power shot straight from the palms of his hands towards the ball.
<br />
<br />
It would be too much of a miracle if that was enough to destroy the ball. It was enough, however, to direct him to the sky, to catapult him out into space, where he hit an asteroid and the force discharged that even during the day it looked for a moment as if there was a second sun in the sky.
<br />
<br />
Goten was rather disappointed that the light ball was gone and that nobody threw it back at him ...
<br />
<br />
He didn't understand why the two green uncles and the chocolate-brown one, laughing and crying, alternately hugged him and threw him into the air. The second one was definitely funnier.
<br />
<br />
His hands were still glowing a little blue and since there were no more balls to play, he held them towards the palace."Buum," he said, mimicking the sound that woke him up.
<br />
<br />
The blue energy obeyed and shot toward the palace.
<br />
"Cover!" Piccolo shouted just in time. Not a second too early. The palace was fully captured and since two of the supporting pillars had to believe in it, the whole upper floor gave way and ... well, to make it short, after the smoke and dust had cleared, the three stood covered in dust with Goths completely flabbergasted by the rubble.
<br />
<br />
"Buum!" Said Goten and laughed.
<br />
<br />
The others felt less laughing.
<br />
"Well guys," my Piccolo and crossed her arms. "Then I'll make a temporary solution. Unfortunately, my transformational power is not enough for a complete restoration."
<br />
<br />
...............................
<br />
<br />
When a Capsule Corps helicopter landed on the platform a good week later, the occupants were amazed when they discovered four large igloos in the middle of the rubble.A very large playpen was set up in front of the largest, and Piccolo and Goten sat in there and built towers of blocks.
<br />
<br />
As soon as the helicopter's runners hit the platform, Chichi jumped out and hurried to the playpen.
<br />
<br />
"Goten, my little darling, your mom is back!"
<br />
<br />
Goten insisted on bringing Piccolo's building down with a targeted kick before he crawled to the lattice of the playpen and was lifted out by his mom. She squeezed and kissed him until it became too much for him and he began to fight back.
<br />
<br />
Piccolo saw from his tower to Chichi and how tears of joy stood in her eyes. With a silent sigh, he got up. Farewells weren't his thing, so he just calmly put all the toys in the box made for them. It would be quiet up here again. Dende had stepped out of his igloo and nodded to Chichi with a smile.He and Piccolo had agreed not to say a word about Goten's performance during and after the fight. Chichi was able to tie the feelers of both of them just because she had let him get involved in a fight.
<br />
<br />
Now the engine of the helicopter was switched off and Bulma jumped out. "How are you all?"
<br />
<br />
"Thanks, all right," said Dende. "What about the sick?"
<br />
<br />
"They have recovered and have been cleared of any risk of infection," grinned Bulma. "Vegeta is currently fulfilling a promise he made to Trunks and teaching him to fly."
<br />
<br />
"What about Gohan?"
<br />
<br />
"Ask him that yourself!"
<br />
<br />
At the cue, Gohan climbed out of the machine and ran up to Dende and Piccolo, laughing. First it was Piccolo's turn and Gohan, who was now up to his chin, hugged his old teacher as hard as he could. "I thought I'd never see you again," he stammered, his eyes glistening wetly as he looked up at Piccolo."We all thought it was over."
<br />
<br />
"It didn't just seem like that to you," sighed Piccolo. "Popo saved us all and brought Ten'ariah to his senses."
<br />
<br />
“Ten'ariah?” Bulma stepped closer, curiously, while Gohan now also gave Dende a hug. "Was that the bad guy?"
<br />
<br />
Dende and Piccolo exchanged a sad look. "She wasn't that angry," Piccolo began and told what had happened. "And after the attack got out of hand, it first destroyed her and the palace and then shot into the sky. We were lucky again."
<br />
<br />
Bulma and Chichi had tears in their eyes. "Poor Ten'ariah," muttered Bulma, looking for her handkerchief. "All these years she had to believe that her lover wanted her to perish cruelly ..."
<br />
<br />
Chichi nodded and added. "And now that she knows he's been dead a long time and she had to die too. How sad."
<br />
<br />Bulma and Chichi exchanged a longer look. "How about the three of you going on a little trip around the world to celebrate your reunion?" Asked Bulma.
<br />
"For what purpose," asked Piccolo suspiciously. Otherwise, Chichi wasn't so enthusiastic that her son was with him.
<br />
<br />
"Oh, we just want a few souvenirs," Chichi said casually.
<br />
"They're round, orange, and there are seven of them," added Bulma.
<br />
"That would make the rebuilding easier too, wouldn't it?", Chichi said with a nod to the rubble.
<br />
<br />
"We understood," said Dende, "but without the signpost ..."
<br />
"Don't worry, I brought that with me," laughed Bulma and tossed him the radar.
<br />
"What if I refuse? You want it because of Ten'ariah and Dajikaan, don't you?"
<br />
<br />
"Is that so wrong? After all, it was a tragic error that needs to be corrected. But if you don't want to, we'd both like to go with Gohan and Dende and leave Trunks and Goten to you during the time."<br />
<br />
Somehow Piccolo got goosebumps at the idea of having to look after both of them at the same time.
<br />
<br />
Without a word, he grabbed the radar and pressed the button.
<br />
<br />
...........................
<br />
<br />
Two days later the sky darkened over the platform. The huge dragon Shen Long rose from the seven glowing spheres and asked the group that had gathered around the spheres what they wanted.
<br />
<br />
"Bring Ten'ariah and Dajikaan back to life, young and in love as they were before the disaster happened and send them to their planet," said Bulma.
<br />
The dragon's eyes shone. "Unfortunately it is not possible," he replied. "The two are together in paradise and their planet is now a cold, deserted wasteland. They don't want to go back to life, but thank you for your goodwill."
<br />
<br />
"Then let the palace rebuild, but without the dimensional space into which Goten got lost!"said Dende.
<br />
<br />
“Goten got what?” Chichi turned pale and red alternately. "Why hasn't anyone said that before?"
<br />
<br />
The dragon granted the wish without delay and the palace was as beautiful as before.
<br />
"Do you have any other wishes?" He asked.
<br />
<br />
The group considered.
<br />
<br />
"B'ei! Vi..il B'ei!" Came from Goten.
<br />
<br />
"Nothing easier than that," said the dragon and a huge plate of millet porridge with honey and cinnamon stood in front of Chichi and Goten. "B'ei!" Said Goten happily, while the rest looked at each other puzzled and then burst out laughing. The horror was finally over.
<br />
<br />
End.
