Part 67

For a long time I just sat there quietly and didn't move! But my brain was running at full speed!

>> Are the youngsters already trying to get through here? But Sengir said that only the magical power of angels could manage to penetrate this protective wall of black magic!Or did he just say that? But why should he lie? Also, I couldn't feel that he lied to me about that! << I thought desperately!

Now I passed the place where the whole horrific spectacle with the women had taken place! There on the ground I could see the dried blood! I quickly turned my head away. The gruesome pictures where all the vampires bit themselves on the women haunted my head! There were such terrible memories that I could never forget in my life!

Slowly I ran on, away from the middle of the hall over to the left wall! Past one of the large pillars here in the hall! Then I saw a door. I ran towards this and stopped in front of it! Timidly put my hand on the handle and pressed it down. But bad luck ... was locked!

>> Great! << I thought sarcastically! >> You are told that you can go to the rooms and then? COMPLETED!!!! << So I wandered further down the hall! Suddenly I had the feeling that I was no longer alone!As if someone was watching me! I looked around everywhere but couldn't see anyone anywhere! >> If someone is really there then they are probably hiding in the dark! <<

But slowly I kept walking and after a few meters another door came up! >> Well then! Second try! Let's see if it's closed too. If so, I'm really complaining, ey! If you have already been told that you can look at everything and then stand in front of closed doors, that's full of nasty! << I thought and secretly tried to distract myself with it!

This time I was lucky, this room wasn't locked! I opened the door slowly, it creaked a little! It was brighter in the room than outside in the hall! Some torches and candles lit the room! I think it was some kind of music room? In any case, there was something like a piano here! But also lots of seating and two tables! Everything was pretty dusty and there were cobwebs everywhere! >> Who knows when the last time it was wiped clean!<< I thought and kept looking around! My eyes fell to a window!

>> WINDOW? A window means an opportunity to go outside! I ran to the window and put my hand to the handle when I heard a noise from the door!

I turned around quickly and pressed my back to the window! In the doorway stood this vampire named Marxel! So was it he who was watching me?

"The window is sealed! It should therefore be impossible for you to open it! Stop thinking about a curse! You cannot escape it!" he said calmly and looked directly at me!

"Oh ... oh no?" I stuttered out of myself and looked briefly behind me at the window! Was scared!

"No! Even if you could manage to leave the castle, the whole area around the city and the castle itself, everything is in a different area! So curse is not possible!" he told me calmly!

Another area? What did he mean by that?Maybe....! "Another area? Do you mean another dimension or something?" I asked him further!

"We, the castle, the city out there, everything is still in place, here in this world. But it has nevertheless been moved to an in-between area! So nobody and no one can get here or even escape from here! At least as long as it is the baron does not wish! So surrender to your fate! "

"You can't wait to try!" I said a little more calmly again! My fear subsided a little. There was a short silence!

"The baron would like me to take care of you and also to take care of your physical well-being! I have commissioned one of ours to procure food for you!" he told.

"How extremely nice of the baron!" I caught him sarcastically! Crossed your arms and looked to the side!

"I would be grateful if you would leave me alone!" I said and waited for him to leave me alone but he didn't move!

"What about you? Fear that I might manage to escape after all? If, as you say, the window is sealed, you can leave me here alone in the room, right?" I asked him and for a moment he looked at me! Then he took a step back into the hall and opened the door! And I was finally alone! I quickly turned to the window and tried to open it. But unfortunately what this Marxel had said was true, it was locked, sealed, whatever! The smallest gap could not be opened!

Turned back to the room myself and looked around! Apart from the fact that it was very dusty and there were cobwebs everywhere, this room was okay!

My eyes wandered to the piano! >> Is that part okay? << I asked myself and towards it!

There was a small, very dusty stool in front of the piano! First I removed the dust and then I sat on it!Then I jumbled a little on the piano! Although I couldn't play this instrument, I heard that it was out of tune! "The sides of the piano need to be checked! But who knows when someone last played on that part!" "We have food for you!" he said and walking past him came a woman in a dark robe! In her hands she carried a bowl of fruit! She came over to me at the pianao and put the bowl on the piano! I took a closer look at her and now it struck me that it was one of the women who came from the city. One of those who attacked the many vampires! My eyes fell on her neck! Her neck, her skin, you could see the many big bite marks everywhere!My eyes got bigger! To see that was just terrible for me again! The woman suddenly looked at me so strangely and then she bared her teeth and wanted to pounce on me! I flinched! Hold my arms protectively in front of me! Expected that she would knock me to the ground but it didn't! I only heard them hiss and hiss for a moment!

I let my arms sink and could now see how this Marxel was holding the woman by the neck from behind! "It belongs to the Baron! Don't you dare ever get too close to her again!" Then he threw her hard against the wall! The woman just got up again. "Go back to the others! Get out of here!" he called and the woman obeyed! Then he looked at me! We were less than 2 meters apart!
