Someone sat quietly on her bed. <br />
"I will protect you." said a low voice that was feminine. "In front of everyone who wants to harm you ... especially Vegeta."<br />
"Do you think you can do it, sister?" asked a scornful voice behind her. <br />
She turned around in a flash and saw Vegeta leaning on Noriku's dressing table. <br />
He slowly pecked at her. <br />
"I thought you'd visit her in the middle of the night." said Vegeta and pulled Sarena out of the room. "We'll talk a little now." <br />
Sarena reluctantly allowed her brother to follow suit. <br />

"What were you going to do?" Vegeta asked and pushed her roughly onto her bed. <br />
He grabbed a chair, sat on it, and examined his sister closely. <br />
"Mind your own business?" she asked and gave him a cold smile. "But that you're standing around in your fiancée's room in the middle of the night makes you think a little bit." <br />
"It's my fiancée, after all." he shuddered at the word engaged. "I can do what I want with her. And besides, what does it matter to you what I do?I could stand in the room for hours and it would be none of your business. "<br />
"If you think." said Sarena and calmly. <br />
"So what are you doing in her room, please?" Vegeta asked and leaned forward. <br />
She shrugged her shoulders. <br />
"I just wanted to check on her." said Sarena. <br />
"Check on her!" Vegeta said loudly and got up. "Why do you want to look after her?" <br />
"I just like them." said Sarena and got up too. "She's kind of a good friend to me. Now stop screaming and go to bed." <br />
She went to the door and opened it. <br />
"Go now." she said and looked at him coldly. "And don't get lost." <br />
Vegeta grumbled and walked in the direction of his room. <br />
Sarena closed the door and went to her mirror. <br />
She stopped short of it and nodded to her reflection in the mirror. <br />
She had an idea. <br />
She quickly ruffled her hair and patted a cheek that turned red after a while.<br />
Grinning broadly, she took quick steps to her door and went out quietly. <br />
(It's a business in the middle of the night. As if they had nothing else to do during the night. * sigh * Should really give me pause.) <br />

There was a soft knock on Noriku's door and she was torn from her dreams. <br />
"In?" she asked tiredly, rubbing her eyes. <br />
Slowly she straightened up in her bed and looked at the door. <br />
Inside came a weeping-looking arena. <br />
"What about you?" asked Norika and glared at Sarena in surprise. "Come here." <br />
Noriku took Sarena in his arms and stroked her head gently. <br />
"V ... v-e-g-e-t!" she sobbed. <br />
"Vegeta?" Noriku asked in surprise. "What about Vegeta?" <br />
"He ... he has ... he is." said Sarena and sobbed. <br />
"Quiet little one. Quiet." she said and kissed Sarena's forehead. "It's good. First of all, calm down and then tell us." <br />
Noriku covered Sarena with her blanket.<br />
Sarena snuggled up against Noriku and briefly closed her eyes. <br />
Noriku continued to stroke her head, lost in thought. <br />
After a while she looked down at Sarena. <br />
"So what was it?" Noriku asked calmly. <br />
"He stormed into the room and scolded me." said Sarena and sobbed again. "I don't know what he said or what was wrong either, but he kept yelling at me like a madman." <br />
"And further?" asked Noriku. <br />
"Then ... then he rubbed one for me and then ran out of the room again." <br />
Noriku nodded seriously. <br />
"And you really don't know what you did?" she asked, looking for Sarena's eyes. <br />
"No, really not." said Sarena and looked hopefully at Noriku. "You believe me, don't you?" <br />
"Sarena, of course." said Noriku. <br />
"Can I stay with you during the night?" <br />
"Naturally!" said Noriku, covering himself and Sarena properly. <br />Sarena smiled and snuggled closer to Noriku. <br />
"Thanks." she said softly and smiled nastily. <br />
