Life like a flower

The roots are hidden deep in the earth
the sprout very small there undiscovered.
The tiny green is slowly growing
the stems gradually bloom up into the sky.

The leaves unfold more and more every day,
but unfortunately always often depending on the weather.
In the sunshine it thrives without worry
but is it raining tomorrow?

One hopes for the best for the plant,
grows up without lice and bugs.
After many hopes and fears, now finally
the flower is now recognizable.

Now she stands in full splendor,
radiates warmth with such power!
Is nice to look at for everyone
when their brightly colored flowers blow in the wind.

But even these days are coming to an end
at some point there will always be a turning point.
Then the splendid blossoms fade
And everything is just a myth.

The wonderful powerful days are over
soon every once so strong leaf is over.Every blossom falls on the hard ground of truth,
a repeating cycle, over and over again.

The stalk that still remains
even he does not have immortality.
Now comes what must come
this life too now has a final end.
