Chapter 1

"And what are we doing now?" The boy who had put his hand on the girl's mouth looked around helplessly.
“If you scream now, everyone will be there and get it wrong,” he hissed softly and carefully removed his hand.
"You did a great job." She glared at him angrily.
“I can't help it.” He replied just as angrily. "We should now think about how we can get out of here without anyone noticing, otherwise we'll be standing in front of a priest and I don't want a macho woman to be my wife."
The girl's eyes darkened and her hand twitched dangerously. "Do you think I want such an idiot for a man? You have enough fiancées." There was an icy sound in her voice and Ranma looked at her.“It's my father's fault, not me.” The boy's eyes also darkened.
"Great. Our family is sitting comfortably in the room and we're stuck here. As I see it, we can stay here until late at night."
"Just about my corpse, it's way too tight here to stay with someone like you. You're still to blame for the whole thing. If you hadn't come in here, we wouldn't be stuck in such a stupid closet. "
“You're an idiot.” Akane's hand clenched into a fist, but again she controlled herself. “I think everyone's going to sleep soon, then we can get out.” She curled up and closed her eyes.
"You just want to sleep now?"
"And you watch when the others go to sleep, then you wake me up."
"Akane, why do I have to be careful now, it's your fault." But the girl didn't answer anymore. She just lay there pretending to be asleep. In reality, she was thinking and trying to hold back the tears.<What can I do about it? She always acted so hard, you never saw her in a weak moment, when she suffered alone, never shared her pain. But now, as she lay there, she was awakening a kind of protective instinct. She looked so innocent and defenseless that Ranma wanted to hug her and take all the burden off her.
"Akane?" he asked softly, but she didn't move. He quietly opened the door to the closet and carefully looked out. The room was empty and the whole house was in silence. The boy climbed out of the closet and bent over the girl to wake her. <She looks so peaceful> he leaned over her and picked her up.Akane mumbled something sleepily, but then snuggled up against Ranma and fell asleep again.
<Wow.> The boy just thought and tried to calm his heart, which was beating like mad. Carefully he crept through the house and when he had almost reached Akane's room, he suddenly heard footsteps approaching.
<And now? > he asked desperately, but then acted by feeling and slipped into the small closet where the cleaning things were inside.
Akane was woken up by jumping into the closet and now looked up at Ranma, who had not even noticed that she was no longer sleeping. <What should I do now? > Akane wondered, but before she could come to a decision, Ranma noticed that she was no longer sleeping.
"You're finally awake. How are you supposed to wake you up? You sleep like a stone." He complained and somehow got out of this embarrassing situation. He let her down, which wasn't necessarily the smartest thing to do, as it was a very narrow closet so she was now pressed against him.She looked up at him, still she hadn't said a word.
"W..what is?" the boy asked, then was captured by her eyes. <Akane. > he thought and his arms were no longer angry and angry around her, but voluntarily, slowly he pulled her even closer to him.
<What is that supposed to mean? > she asked you, but did not resist, because her heart was beating wildly and her body no longer obeyed him. Slowly she closed her eyes and leaned against Ranma, who now buried his face in her hair.
Outside someone trudged past, then silence spread out, only the steady breathing of the two could be heard.
<What should I do now? > both thought.
Ranma pushed her away from her. "I think we can get out now, you can find the way to your room." With that he went out and left a sad Akane behind.
<What was that supposed to mean now? Why do I always have to be so mean. I don't want to hurt her at all. > But he did not dare to go back and went into his room, where he struggled with his feelings before he finally fell asleep in the gray of dawn.Akane stood petrified in the closet. Tears ran down her face, which she could no longer hold back.
<I will change, then he has to love me and always hold me like that. > she decided again and quietly went back to her room, where she cried herself to sleep.

The next morning, Ranma didn't look at Akane with a single glance. Akane was also silent and both suppressed the experience of the previous evening. Genma was surprised that he didn't have to fight for food with his son and the rest of the family was also amazed at the behavior of the two children.
Neither do they speak on the way to school. As they passed the school gate, Kuno rushed towards the two of them. Akane just kept walking and Ranma just jumped over him. The high school student stopped, confused.
"What's the matter with the two of them?" he asked Nabiki.
“That will cost you something.” Nabiki's eyes flashed and she was already counting the money in her mind."OK." Kuno counted his bills and gave them to her. "And what's going on?", ´he repeated the question, before the girl could answer, the doorbell rang at the hour.
"We'll meet in the caffe after school. I also have a few photos of Akane and Ranko." She hurried away before Kuno could reply.
The other students were also amazed at the behavior of the 'dream couple'. There was no loud shouting, no Ranma flying through the air. All they could see was an icy silence between the two. When her friends asked about it, they were only strangled and left standing.

"So what's between the two of them?" Kuno sat down next to Nabiki, who had a large sundae in front of her.
“Here are the photos for the first time.” She threw down a pair of the two girls who were immediately collected by the high school student and exchanged for money.
"So about the behavior of the two," Nabiki began, "I can only say that they weren't seen by us last night.The next morning, so today, there was an icy silence and they didn't look at each other anymore. But ... "She fell silent and began to finish her sundae.
