Another attack!
Yesterday Friday came the climax of the gang war between the rival clans of the Salieris and Morellis. Seven were killed and two witnesses are seriously injured in the Lost Heaven Central Hospital. The police suspect the act was an act of revenge by the Salieris on the Morelli family. The two families have been competing for dominance in illegal alcohol smuggling for months.
According to initial information, one of the main suspects is former taxi driver Thomas "Tommy" Angelo, who is linked to the Salieri family.
The police are calling on all witnesses to the incident to report to Detective Norman at the 13th Street precinct.
Mayor Billinsworth announced yesterday afternoon that the city would take a tough line against organized crime.
