~ Ninja Academy[Konoha-Gakure]~
The fresh Genin shouted like mad. They talked about how easy the exam was and that the rest of their ninja life will be easy too.
The sensei clapped his hands for calm to spread.
"I congratulate you on the shameless test and I am glad that you all passed it.", He said, "But before I talk to you about anything else, I want to introduce you to someone else."
He beckoned two small children, both seven years old or less, to come in. A boy and a girl who were alike except for their clothes.
"It's Itachi and Sayuri Uchia. You'll be surprised, but these two graduated from ninja academy in just one year and are like you genin."
Shisui is starting to smile.
"How can it be that two small children are allowed to leave the academy in a year while it took us six years?" Asked one impatiently.
"Unlike you, they seem to have learned". When the sensei said that, everyone started laughing.
He motioned the little one to sit down. No wonder they did it, thought Shusui, you are just very good ...
"Listen.", The Sensei got louder before the young Genin fell into endless chatter again, "As a Genin you are divided into three groups. There is a special reason that you should find out for yourself. So you will be mine now divided into such groups. This decision is final and cannot be changed. "
He started reading out the group division. Sometimes there was a sigh, sometimes a little cry from friends.
But it remained calm, because everyone was excited to see which of them could be on a team with one of the two little ones.
"And the last team consists of: Itachi, Sayuri and Shusui Uchia."
Low murmurs turned into loud discussion.
"Didn't you say during the assignment that the teams would be put together according to the distribution of forces?"one shouted.
"Then why do the children come into a team. They are of the same age and ..."
The sensei gestured to be silent. “There is a specific reason for this decision.” He looked worriedly at Sayuri, who was already deep in an afternoon nap.
Itachi nudged her lightly with the elbow and she lifted her head a little. "Did I miss something?"
Shisui understood this division and he thought it was good that the two had been brought into a team.
"But why is the team made up of three Uchias?"
"Maybe because he's left?"
All eyes fell on Shisui and he just started to smile.
He was used to Itachi and Sayuri being the focus of the clan since the death of his brother Obito Uchia because they were so talented. So he had no problem with that statement.
"Your new Seineis will be here soon to take care of you," interrupted the Sensei and the Genin turned around.
It took an hour for the group leader of Shisui's team to arrive. A tall man with short brown hair and clear blue eyes. After they managed to wake Sayuri again, they went to the roof of the academy.
"I want you to introduce yourselves.", He said then, "What is the use of being a team if you don't know each other?"
"Introduce yourself first," Itachi said coolly.
"You seem to have a strong will, little one.", Laughed the Sensei, "All right, my name is Kibuni Hamataki. I like to eat and my hobby is cooking. What I don't like is when my food burns on me. In the future I would like to try many more cooking recipes.
And now it's your turn "
Neither Itachi nor Sayuri bothered to say anything, so it was up to Shisui to break the "ice". "My name is Shisui Uchia. Well .. I like to swim and that is more or less my hobby. There is actually nothing I don't like. And for my future I have made up my mind to become a good Shinobi."
The sensei smiled and looked at Sayuri."What about the young lady?"
Sayuri was about to go back to sleep, which is why she looked at him with a mixture of sleepiness and stubbornness. Then she sighed and said:
"My name is Sayuri Uchia. My hobby is ..." "Sleep," Itachi interrupted her. He wipes out her gaze by not looking at her at all.
"I like reading and who I don't like ... Itachi."
He didn't respond at all.
The sensei was silent until he said: "Good ... the last one."
"My name is Itachi Uchia. There is nothing I like or what I hate. I have no hobbies and I have nothing fixed for my future."
Shisui was the only one who smiled
Sensei Hamataki eyed the three hopelessly. It's going to be difficult, he thought. Very difficult.
“All right,” he said finally, “we'll meet tomorrow morning
in front of the forest. That's it for today. "
He disappeared and left the three behind. After a while, Itachi left too. He was a loner, even if he spent a lot of time with Sayuri.
"I didn't know you didn't like Itachi," said Shisui.
"You don't know a lot," she replied.
Sayuri and Itachi have known since they were a year or two old. They had a lot in common. From their looks to their skills. What did he do?
Her eyes were half closed when she looked at him.
"Should I carry you?" He asked. Sayuri put her arms around his neck and gently he lifted her up.

The three lived practically in the same house, so they could go to the agreed meeting point together. The sensei wasn't long in coming either. He then led them to a square with three wooden blocks at the edge.
He took two bells out of his pocket. "I want to test you," he said after noticing the perplexed looks of the three, "If you manage to take these two bells away from me by noon - no matter how - you have passed this little test."
"But there are only two ... and there are three of us."Sayuri put in." She has eyes, "Itachi muttered.
"That's the hoe. The one who doesn't get a bell is tied to one of the wooden blocks while the others can have lunch. He also has to go back to the ninja academy."
The three Genin looked at him.
"What kind of test is this? We were told we never have to go back to the academy."
"I have to decide that. If I don't think it's right that he's Genin, he'll be demoted."
The eyes of the three are widened.
Hamataki had this "test" from his old being and it was used by all ninjas when they became genin group leaders. It was suitable to put the teamwork skills and previous experience of the Genin to the test.
"What about, do we want to start?"
An hour had passed since the "test" began. The sensei wasn't bad, Itachi had to admit that. neither he nor Shisui had managed to touch any of the bells. Sayuri hadn't even tried to attack the sensei. She was almost certainly hiding under a bush and fell asleep. That was typical of her - and it was mostly annoying.
While Itachi was thinking, Sayuri came out of the books and went to meet the Sensei. She must have slept on the subject of the surprise attack, Itachi thought.
When Sayuri stood in front of the sensei, she held out her open hand to him. "Would you give me a bell? Please?"
Itachi started laughing. She doesn't really think it'll work!
To his surprise, the sensei gave her a bell so that Itachi jumped from the tree.
"How can that be?" He asked.
"A ninja has to know the downside of the downside. I said you should take it away from me. I didn't say how."
Itachi cocked her head.
“I thought,” said Sayuri, “It's about teamwork.” “That's right,” the sensei took the bell away from herand disappeared. "Fool," Itachi muttered while Sayuri looked at her hand in amazement. She was slow and absent most of the time. Itachi was embarrassing and annoying because she was just as good as he was.
Shisui also came out now. "When it comes to teamwork, we just have to work in a team."
They followed this suggestion. It took half an hour until they were able to take the bells from Sensei. It was clear to Shisui from the start that Itachi and Sayuri were going to get them. Almost at the same time, as always.
They were equally good and equally quick. It was remarkable. Natural talents, as Itachi's father called them. They looked like twins even though they were cousins.
"You can have the bell," Sayuri said to Shisui.
"Keep it." Shisui insisted. - "Take it easy"
Itachi usually stayed out of everything, but this time he said, "Sayuri, give Shisui the bell or be quiet."
Shisui started to grin. "If that says Mr. Perfect.", He pressed the bell into Sayuri's hand, "I let myself be handcuffed voluntarily." He leaned against a log. Another attempt to make one of the two laugh - which again failed.
"Have you watched too many baroque operas again?" Asked Sayuri. She always looked like she was going to sleep any second, but now that she had struggled a little, she looked even more tired than usual. He was only lucky that they had their medication with them.
The sensei made Shisui's request and tied him up - he hadn't noticed him coming.
"That means you have to go back to the academy," Sayuri's and Itachi's way of speaking calmly, no matter what happened, sometimes scared Shisui, who was naturally a happy person.
"Not quite", the sensei interjected, "I just wanted to see how teamwork you are."
He released Shisui again. "A ninja without a team is like a wolf without a pack. It wouldn't survive long on its own.""Does that mean we wasted our time in vain?"
Itachi asked.
"Not in vain ..." Hamataki replied. Itachi's uncomprehending look told him that he hadn't quite understood it. There was a strange glow in his eyes.
If I'm not careful he'll be a problem for sure ...
"Here," the sensei took something out of his pocket, three bracelets, each of the same color. "That will be the sign of our team."
That the three really didn't understand the term teamwork was confirmed in the coming year. They weren't bad, on the contrary. They always completed their missions with flying colors.
You were the best of the new genin teams.
But their behavior, their trust in one another left a lot to be desired.
Itachi hardly cared about the other two. It seemed as if they were a "block on his leg."
Sayuri slept
