Three days after all the testing, I saw the truth. "You can only congratulate her on that, Amber." I said goodbye and went to the car where I met Maik. "Lily what are you doing here?" I dropped the key "I was at the doctor Maik." I just said and looked for the key on the floor. "Do you have a problem taking me with you Lily?" I found the key and got up again. "No, I'll take you with me is no problem." I unlocked and we sit in the car. I let my head fall slightly on the steering wheel and sighed. "What's wrong with you?" i looked up "You have to promise me something Maik." I asked him. "What you want, Lily, you know I'm here for you." I nodded and took a deep breath. "I'm pregnant from K." and told him as clearly as I could. "He'll be blown away when he finds out." I looked closely at Maik. "He won't find out, Maik, you understood me." I started the engine and drove out of the parking lot. "Lily, he has a right to know that it is you." I looked sadly at the street. "Yes, I just can't screw up his life ..." Maik looked at me. "You will go am I right?" I nodded and drove the long way to the apartment. "Where do you want to go?" I shrugged my shoulders. "I'll go to Japan because he won't find me even if I want him there." Maik just nodded and was silent for a while. "It's so I love K, but I don't want him to have to worry about how to look after a child." I looked briefly at Maik. "I won't tell him, but you would be able to raise your child.
Maik was the only one who knew what was going on but he had promised not to tell me. It was an evening like any other, only I had made it into my head to go tonight so as not to have to say goodbye to everyone. Kai was lying in bed I looked at him one more time so as not to forget him and then left the house with tears. "Lily get in, I'll drive you to the airport." I made big eyes when I saw Maik."But why?" he grinned slightly. "You want to leave my best friend and you can't drive that in tears." he took my bag and my guitar case and put them both in the trunk. "How did you know? Is that what you want to ask Lily?" I nodded when I saw it in the car and he drove through the now quiet streets to the airport. "If you love someone as much as you do, then a good friend knows that." Maik didn't obey the rules of the road that night.
At the airport I said goodbye to him and gave him the key to my car he should give it to Kai the next time he saw him. I had already booked the flight on the Internet, I just had to pick up everything and get on the plane and I was away from Germany. It made me sad to leave it all behind and yet I knew that it might be a little better that way.
The morning came everything was quiet in the shared apartment, only Sam was already up and getting ready so that she could go soon. Then she heard steps coming up, she always knew who was sneaking through the rooms, it was Kai. In the kitchen someone swore softly to himself, Sam slowly stepped up to Kai. "What is the quay?" she asked he turned around. "Lily is gone." he was holding a piece of paper in his now clenched hand. Sam looked at him sadly because she had suspected something like that when she looked at him before he opened his mouth. "You will see her again Kai I promise you." said Sam and hugged him. "Do you want me to take you to your flight, Sam?" she shook her head and smiled. "No, I'll go before Luna and Luc wake up. And you don't look like it will be all right." she looked at him one more time and then went to the door, closed it behind her and started walking. The traffic light just switched to green because Sam didn't have to go faster because her luggage was heavy. A truck came from the other side, without braking, everyone was off the road, only Sam wasn't gone yet.You heard screams, you saw things fly through the air and then you heard squeezing. There was blood everywhere. People fell and others had tears in their eyes. Sam didn’t get it in time that the truck didn’t brake and so he had dragged her with him. The grief, the hatred and the loss of a good friend was hard to cope with and some people were torn apart in the process.
Lily got dead tired from the plane called a taxi after she had her things in her hands, but she didn't know where to go and the pain in her chest didn't stop. She roamed the streets and came to a hotel that looked shabby on the outside but couldn't be faulted on the inside. She had paid for 2 days and got a room on the upper floor. She let herself fall carefully on the floor after all her things were stowed in the closet. She took the bed out of the closet and it consisted of two blankets and a pillow this way of sleeping was typical for the Japanese.
