She opened her eyes and looked at him, he was glad that she had opened her eyes. Without his fishing rod he wouldn't have wanted to go on living, even if Tiana needed him he couldn't have done it again. Only now did he notice that she was squeezing his hand, if only lightly, but she did. He sat on the edge of the bed and kissed her for joy that he didn't have to be without her, hugged her to himself, held her tight.
He hugged me and seemed to be crying that I felt wet on my neck, put his arms around him and whispered softly. "I'm fine with me honey." I kissed his neck and tried to lie back. We lay there for a while and heard voices in front of the door, he was just about to get up, so I held his hand. "Do not leave me alone." I didn't want to spend my life without him for a moment. He walked around the bed to the side where there was more than enough space for him, threw back the covers and snuggled up against me, snuggled against him, I fell asleep again.
"You two really can't be without each other anymore." said my brother's voice. "Yes, that's what it looks like, Marc." it became a little quieter and then voices again. "Now I finally understand why she didn't want to move away from there back then." they talked about me but why. "I didn't even know that." returned Kai. "Only I knew ..." a brief silence. "... Amber was a big head back then, everyone said but now I know why." "And why?" the two were firm in their conversation. "Because of you Kai, she never said that she had friends because everyone knew it was difficult for us ..." I slowly moved in his arms. They both fell silent and looked at me, very slowly I opened my eyes. "Well, little sister slept well." i just smiled. “How are you feeling, honey?” Kai was still worried that you could hear it. "I'm feeling better again." I said softly. A huge stone fell from their hearts, which you could see only too clearly in their eyes.“I'll leave you two alone now.” Marc kissed me on the cheek and wanted to leave. With a strong pull he landed on the edge of the bed, I looked at him and then at K who just nodded. "You stay here, because I want to tell you something." I explained to him. Kai hugged me and held me tightly in his arms.
"Marc, you keep quiet about what I am telling you now!" I said emphatically, he nodded. I leaned over and whispered it to him. "Kai and I have a second child." I quickly put my hand on his mouth because I knew him. Marc was changed after he had found out, it was as if the real Marcus Fukuma had appeared again after a long time. "Tell me Marc what's the matter with you?" Alex asked the question that was on everyone's lips. He just shook his head briefly and then sat down with the others.
"Marc will shut up!" said Kai. "I just know I'd like to tell the others too." he knew what I meant. "If that's what you want, we'll just do it." I looked at him in disbelief. "Yes, I mean it, honey." we left the bedroom together. The others sat outside and laughed when we stepped into the sun, Tiana played with Luc's and Luna's twins, both of whom were just as cute as Tia herself. Only now did I realize what I had left behind when I left, my friends, my family and the life I had. "How are you sister?" I smiled at Alex. "I'm better than before." someone was already screaming. "MUMMY!!" and tore at my hand. "All is well my angel." I told her hugged her lovingly. Tia ran back to play after making sure I was fine. "She's really worried about her mom." i looked at her. "Yes, sometimes too many." Kai pulled me onto his chair and I just snuggled up against him. "Does that have to be you two?" Luc grinned."You're not better Luc." I showed him my tongue and laughed. "Do you know why Marc is in such a good mood?" we looked at each other and then at Marc, who just grinned cheekily and watched the children play.
"There is something you should all know." said Kai. "Oh and what?" asked everyone. "Should I or do you want to?" I just smiled and let him go first. "Tiana has another sibling." he put it in such a way that everyone should understand the same.
The joy of this news continued for days afterwards and put everyone in a true mood for a wedding. All that was missing now were Kai's parents but they didn't want patu to come. Kai had been so busy having everything as we imagined that he didn't even show it externally that it didn't suit him.
We had partied all night to say goodbye to our bachelorette life, not quite sober I went into the shower. The water was cold as the door opened quietly and the water just ran into my face that I couldn't see. It wasn't until the shower door was pushed open that I noticed what was wrong, I turned off the water, grabbed my towel and wrapped myself in it. Kai stood in front of me and didn't seem to notice much, he stumbled into the shower and fell against me. "I'm sorry." he said. I tried to push myself out but didn't quite make it, my hand caught the cold tap and we both got wet again.
So it was going to be a chaotic day, I saw it in my dress and tried to tame my hair with Luna's and Jenny's help. Luna hadn't got it alone and got Jenny, which I didn't like but was a good idea. We sat on it for an hour so that my hair finally did what it should. The door opened and Marc stood there in his black suit, actually it would have been Dad's job but he wasn't with us anymore."You look beautiful from sister heart." said he held out a hand to me. Luna smiled and pulled Jenny outside with her, Marc and I stood there. "You're pretty excited about how it looks!" I nodded and tried to think clearly. "We should go then, sister." I infected his smile. On the way to Kai I thought back to the day I met him and that so many things hadn't been right. There were only family and friends sitting in the chairs, but Kai's parents weren't there, which I thought was a shame.
The pastor read down all of his text. "Kai Morgan you want to take the present Amber Lily Fukuma to your wife, love and honor her until death do you part?" Kai smiled. "Yes, I want that." he answered. "Amber Lily Fukuma do you want to take Kai Morgen here to your husband, love and honor him until death do you part?" i looked at him. "Yes I do." the pastor looked at us. "Then I will declare you here to be husband and wife." a small break. "You can kiss the bride now." he smiled. Kai pulled me close, I put my arms behind his neck and we kissed. When we turned to the others I noticed that his parents were there after all, they were beaming up to their ears.
The celebration after the wedding lasted forever, it seemed, we laughed and were happy. Even Tamara, who was otherwise rather quiet, celebrated and how I found out that only because she didn't want to stand there in front of my big brother. Marc was like a changed man you hardly recognized him again if you didn't know that he had been like that before.
