A few days ago Kai had decided to surprise his wife but now he was slowly afraid that something would go wrong. Hitomi had been pleased with his idea and had left her with the preparations for everything that had to be done, and he had phoned John and Tai to convince them to go along with it. After the hundredth begging, both agreed that they wanted to come to Japan to please him and everyone else. What he didn't know was that the two had hatched a little plan during that time.
Kai had always been in a good mood for the last few days, although Tom didn't let us sleep much during the nights. With every further call I got angrier and wanted to strangle him for it but I didn't do it because I wanted to trust him and not put everything on the line. The days passed by Amber wanted to check on the Broken Angel, Hitomi did not answer. Today she got away with three hours of sleep and accordingly looked tired. Kai had dropped her here and parked the car in a nearby parking lot. The light was on in the shop, which was not really normal for that time, Tom slept peacefully in his carrier bag. "Let's go inside." I nodded and we went inside. When I saw everything standing there, my heart changed completely, my friends were all here without exception. Even Claire who was afraid of flying was here and smiled at me with her big grin.

My gaze caught on a picture that was on the stage, Kai had taken Tom, with a few steps I stood in front of the stage and looked at the picture. "The only photo we found that we're all in, Lily." said John. It almost broke my heart when I saw Maik and Sam together, or Luna and Luc but also Kai and me. Nobody would have thought back then what could happen when they get older, young and naive they had always said. And today they were still young but not quite as naive as when the picture was taken.Everyone laughed and I stood there and looked at the whole thing from a distance that I had built up so as not to hurt the others, to enable them to have their own lives. The three stood in front of the stage, it was almost like before when they stood there and talked about their stuff, it never should have come that far, that had become clear to me by now. And yet I couldn't change it, the band Lost Angel no longer existed and also the little Lily who had something with Jenny no longer existed, there was only Amber Morgan who didn't have to change her life. The little celebration ended with everyone insisting that the four of us share a stage again. The others didn't have to work on me for long because it was a wish I had for ages to be on a stage again. Tom, Tiana, Haruna and Tamara were standing at the very end of the room because it wasn't that loud again. The boys set the tone and I'll say a song I wrote for Sam when we were still in school. This song just went very well at the end of the day because it didn't sound too harsh like some of my other songs.
