Even as a little boy he was very interested in the topic and he practically grew up with it, but he didn't want to stay on this island, he wanted to spread his knowledge and skills all over the world and he also wanted to become a famous pirate. He too was after the infamous `` One Piece '' and he was sure that he would find it, also he knows that it will not be an easy way for him, but at least he had a very good one for the beginning Friend found. It was strange and that's why everyone thought he was crazy, but he skilfully ignored that, which everyone was so amazed that he had a very strange companion. Rather, a really crazy companion, but both of them didn't care, they only had one goal in mind and were not interested in what the others thought of them or thought of them, no, they stuck together, no matter what. His companion was quite unique and very extraordinary, because his best friend and vice was a bear, more precisely a polar bear, but that is not all, because this bear could speak and act like a normal person, his name was Bepo and the future one Vice of Law. But before they could even go to the infinitely wide sea and rush towards their greatest adventure, they needed by far the most important thing a pirate needed, exactly, a ship. Law hadn't bothered about it yet and tried it on a good luck, but Law was not the big thinker anyway, even with his preference as a doctor he must not think long and must act immediately, which led him to this attitude. Bepo, on the other hand, thought more about it, but he always respected and followed his friend's decisions, which was due to the fact that he was very grateful to Law, because Bepo had not had it easy and did not know where to go, but Law had him, when they were both still children, and have always been there for him ever since. Both were very different in their own way, but they also have a lot in common.
For example, the children never wanted to have anything to do with Law, which on the one hand was understandable, since Law was always very sadistic and a little aggressive, and the children always found it scary, like Law even as a small child very interested in surgery and almost always ran around armed with a knife, plus his somewhat creepy demeanor. Yes, Law knew that those were the reasons why no one really wanted to have anything to do with him, but he understood it quickly and overlooked it.Bepo, on the other hand, was no different, he was also abandoned by his parents and many considered him a monster because he could speak, but only because he had learned to, because Bepo has always been interested in people from childhood and has heard their language so often, he just wanted to be like everyone else and tried to speak that way. At some point it worked, the only disadvantage was that people found him even more repulsive and the animals now didn't want anything to do with him, but Law wasn't afraid of him, on the contrary, he thought it was very much interesting and the first time Bepo said something to him, he laughed a lot about it. Both found each other likeable at first sight and they had spent a lot of time together, which led to Law and Bepo becoming friends and Bepo even being able to run, thanks to Law.

Together they both went to the harbor on the island of Drumm, which was another reason why Law became so interested in surgery. From the beginning he knew it no different, only doctors lived on the island of Drumm and that was the number one topic, the world's best doctors came from this island, so why shouldn't Law be a good doctor too?
Law decided on the easiest way to get a ship.

`` Bepo, which ship do you like the most? 'said Law as he examined the individual boats that were moored in the harbor.
`` I don't understand the question, Captain, which one is ours? 'asked Bepo carefully and clearly confused.
`` Well no, we're going to get one. Law replied easily and calmly.
`` But Captain ... we can't just hijack a ship like that. 'said Bepo, even more confused than before.
`` Man, Bepo, don't act like that ... we're pirates aren't we? So we can hijack a ship too. 'said Law in a reproachful tone.
`` B-but ... '', Bepo began, but gave up hope.
If he knew one thing about Law, it was that he wouldn't let himself be said or put up with and he couldn't be persuaded anyway.

`` It looks good ... not too big but not too small either, that should be enough for both of us, right? It's more like a nutshell than a boat, but we’ll definitely get a better one on the next island. 'said Law, not waiting for his deputy to answer.

Law jumped on board, stowed his bag and provisions and untied the boat, then looked at Bepo invitingly and raised an eyebrow.

`` What is it? It will be soon, I don't want to wait forever. 'he said in a slightly more sour tone.
`` Sorry, '' replied Bepo before jumping on board.

Together they cast off and set sail. Law leaned against the edge of the nutshell, crossed his arms behind his head and looked up at the sky, but something made him smile slightly sadistically, which Bepo didn't like, because in the background the two heard something being called to them.

`` STOP !! YOUR THIEVES! THIS IS MY BOAT! 'shouted an older man, waving his arms around wildly.
`` Oh Bepo, isn't life as a pirate wonderful?'said Law in a surprisingly dreamy tone.
`` Um ... Captain, that's theft and the man ... '' Bepo said, slightly frightened, but was interrupted by Law.
`` BEPO! Don't ruin the beautiful moment! Law Bepo shouted angrily and gave him a head-butt.
`` Ouch! ... Sorry, '' said Bepo and looked guilty at the floor.

Both sat down or lay down again, relaxed, and just let themselves be carried away by the waves, because Law had forgotten something important here too and just tried on luck.

`` Captain? Where are we going anyway? So, I mean, do you have any idea where to go? ``, Bepo asked his captain in a slightly panicked voice.
`` Oh, you're thinking too much again, of course I have no idea, we'll just let the waves carry us, it's logical. Law replies calmly and naturally.

Bepo jumped up in panic and ran around in circles, shouting over and over again, `` We're going to die, we're going to starve, but above all we're going to die! `` and the boat began to sway dangerously due to the wild running around on the part of Bepo. That became too much for Law, because he got up without further ado and gave Bepo such a powerful headbutt that he simply slumped to the floor and whimpered quietly to himself.

`` Do you want to kill us ?! You know very well that I can't swim and then you almost capsized the boat! Now relax and don't stress, sometime and somewhere we will arrive! 'said Law to his deputy in a very angry tone.
`` Oh right, you ate a devil fruit. ``, Bepo stated rather to himself, but Law only nodded slightly.
`` Bepo ?! Carry my sword, from now on you will, but ONLY YOU, take it and only when I'm busy or don't feel like it. Law said decisively to Bepo.
Law was handing it to Bepo when he added something.
`` I trust you, Bepo, do you understand? 'Law said softly and in a threatening tone.

Bepo started to swallow hard at the expression on his captain's face, but nodded slightly to confirm to Law that he understood.
Law leaned back against the edge of the boat with a satisfied smile and looked at the sky again.

He had already seen a lot with Bepo on the island. They trained together and fought the snow monsters, Law taught Bepo to walk because he really wanted to act like a human being, together they heard and read a lot about pirates, Law learned a lot about surgery and they are just that become best friends.

Law was still thinking back to the times, but he knew that that was the past and that his real life would only begin now, together with Bepo he would put together a crew with whom he would find the `` One Piece '' and his dream To be the best surgeon on the entire Grandline, no, even in the entire world, he would not lose sight of either. Bepo and Law also knew that this would not be child's play and that it would be very serious, but both approached the matter with fun and trust, the trust that would hold them together and not give each other away, because their motto was `` One for all and all for one, '' Law would never allow anything to happen to his crew, even if he doesn't look like that at first.But he knew that Bepo trusted him and so he was able to trust Bepo.

For the two of them a new chapter in their life began and it should be more exciting than ever.
