8. Bulma's invention
As always, school was exhausting for the youth. Especially a young man named Son Goten found it difficult.
So he asked his best friend Trunks for help, since Trunks, like his mother Bulma, was a genius among scientists on earth.
So one fine afternoon Son Goten made his way to the Capsule Coperation.
At the door, however, was a young girl who knew Goten all too well. It was Marron, which he has always found very desirable, as has his friend Trunks.
The two had agreed, however, that they would let Maron decide and that they would in no way endanger their friendship.
Still, it struck his heart when he saw Marron standing in front of the door.
"Well, if that's not the little Marron," he said and forced a grin. Krillin's daughter turned to him and smiled at him. "Hello Son Goten. What are you doing here?"
Goten rang the doorbell and said somewhat meekly: "Trunks tutoring me."Marron looked at the floor, blushing slightly. "I also get tutoring."
The two of them couldn't get on with talking because Trunks opened the door. "Hello. I was wondering where you're staying. Come in."
Trunks took his two friends to his mother's workshop, where he really just wanted to get something quickly.
"Hey, Trunks, what kind of machine is that?" Asked Son Goten and pointed to a pyramid-shaped machine, on the side of which some lights were shining and on the top of which a switch was enthroned.
"I don't know. I don't know about mother's inventions.", Trunks said and stepped closer to the machine.
And Maron also stood by the two youngsters.
Son Goten glanced aside to see if Trunks would mind if he flicked the switch.
But the young man didn't seem to mind. So Son Goten pressed the button, his hands trembling.
Fog shot out of the machine and a bright light surrounded the three of them. The last thing Goten and Trunks heard was Maron's horrified screams.
When the smoke cleared, the workshop seemed devastated, but there was no trace of the three teenagers.
