In the flat it went haywire when I opened the door. Lily and I had just come back from the coast and we were all angry that we were gone without words. In the kitchen they both gave us both a punishing look. "Tell me what did you both ride ...?" Sam hissed at us. Lily was about to answer when she interrupted, you again. "You two don't even know what we were worried about." Sam sang on the chair behind her and let Luc do the talking. “It is hard to believe that you two couldn't even report.” Luc paced up and down in front of the stove. Luna was about to cry, Sam was angry and Luc was about to explode. "K and I didn't want you to think what happened to us ... that was never our intention ..." Lily broke off. So I did the rest of what she wanted to say. "... we just forgot to call you guys."
Everyone was still angry with us days later and we couldn't even blame them because we realized that we had not acted carefully. Luckily we had an excuse not to spend the whole day with them and their bad mood. "Hito sent us pictures of how things are going for her and the band!" said John. "Let's see John." I asked him. He opened the file with the pictures and left the rest to me. "Seems to be going well the way it looks." said John to the others. "That or all of them are just good actors." I meant. "How did you get that Angel?" the others rolled their eyes that slowly they couldn't see it anymore. "I'm probably just not mistaken anymore." and closed the last picture. "Let's rehearse, otherwise our performance won't work." Tai complained. "It's alright T."
With a lot of courage we went to the test and in the end we all had the feeling that it would not work. "What do we do if it doesn't work?" I couldn't quite hear him anymore, as I was busy texting Tero."Lily still there or already somewhere else?" I gave a start. "What the?" I asked. "Where you are with your thoughts?" asked John. "I'm under the sun." I said and showed him my tongue. "Tero ..." muttered Tai. Everyone knew that Tero had died last summer and yet we pretended she was still there. "Under the dark sun ..." mumbled Kai. "K what did you mean to me under the dark sun?" "That's a good title for the CD with the new songs." said Tai. John agreed with him Kai did that a little absently and I didn't have to be asked, I never cared about the name of the CD until now.
On the drive home, Kai didn't say a word. "K what's wrong?" I asked him when we had to stop at a red light. "The song for Tero ..." he began and now it fell like scales from my eyes. "Teromi was never as sad as we ..." he started again but then let it stay. "Let's just do this CD for Teromi." I tried to cheer him up, but that didn't quite work.
In my room I searched every drawer for what Kai meant and until now I hadn't found it. "What a bummer here." I grumbled out loud. The door popped open and I was seen sitting in my chaos. "Did a bomb hit here, Lily?" I shook my head. “I'm looking for a wooden box.” Sam looked at me and seemed to know where it is. "I know what you mean, honey, we have to go to Jenny for that." I looked at her in disbelief. "Sam what am I supposed to do there?" I wasn't sure what to do there. "Lily, she took her, don't you remember?" Wherever she said it came back to me. "What do we say K?" I looked sadly into the chaos. "Because we just take it with us." my eyes widened. Sam pulled me to my feet and quickly helped me to clear everything away because we heard the front door open and leave. "I'm back." came Kai's voice. "Keep your things at K we want to go somewhere else and can use your help!" said Sam and quickly looked around the corner."As you mean Sam." he just took off his jacket and came into our room. "Angel what's the matter?" he asked when he saw my sad face. "I'll explain that to you on the way K." said Sam decisively. I got up, grabbed my car key, put on my shoes and stepped out the door. "Lily, if you like, I'll go." I just shook my head and went down the stairs. Why did it have to be like that, is it fate? No, it couldn't be, it wasn't in the standing position and if it did, why didn't I care? The drive there I didn't say a word, Sam explained to K what was going on because he saw next to me he gently squeezed my arm. I stopped in front of her house because she was still living in Maik and Claire's shared apartment, the visit wasn't too bad, but Maik wasn't there and Claire was certainly busy.
We got out and made our way to the apartment door of the three, Sam rang the doorbell, waiting for someone came running up, the door snapped open and we were welcomed by Claire happily. "Well, I haven't had you three here in a long time." she dragged us into the living room. "Have a seat, can I get you something?" I refused with a shake of the head, Sam took a coffee and Kai a water. "Say Claire is Jenny not here?" asked Sam. "No, she's not here for a few days, that's why he looks very well mannered here." she giggled. “Joking aside, did you want something from her?” Sam took over the talking while I just looked there and looked at Kai. Claire and Sam disappeared for a while so that Kai sat down next to me. "Honey what about you?" I threw myself into his arms and just held him tight. "Let's get out of here quickly, please." I whispered. "We won't worry Angel." we heard footsteps coming back into the living room. "Lily is this this one?" I looked at Sam. "No, that's not Sam, she's got a rose on the lid of mine." she nodded and went back again."Why is Sam looking for your mother's box at Jenny's?" I couldn't look at him. "She took it with her by choice!" I informed K.
Sam and Claire had found them and so we could go home at least Kai and I dropped Sam there. My way led me to a doctor whom I didn't like to visit but had to be. It was quiet in the waiting room at this time that was unusual. "Amber Fukuma?" I stepped out of the waiting room to the voice that had called me. "Hello Amber." Conner offers me his hand and I extended mine. "Come with Amber, the exam is here today." I nodded and went into the treatment room. "You said something about nausea on the phone." tried Dr. Conner to remember. "Yes, I said that to Dr., but also that it doesn't always happen." was my answer. "Then we should do a pregnancy test." at this statement I felt very different. "Why this test." he nodded at my reaction. "Because this nausea and your posture would have an explanation. How long have you been feeling like that?" I thought for a moment. "I've been trying to break everything out every morning for about 2 months." he nodded again. He would do all sorts of things to me and then send me home ignorant.
