Tia was with my brothers during the day so we had a nice day, Kai persuaded me to drive with him, although I didn't think anything good, I did it like so often before. "What are you up to K?" I asked him eagerly. "Let yourself be surprised." he just said and we went to a pretty old warehouse. There were cars in front of the building and not a few, which I noticed was more unsettling than calming. The cars all looked like they had come out of a bad Mafia movie, so many holes were to be seen in some that I was surprised that they could still be used at all. "Don't you worry ..." Kai grinned to himself. He knew very well that it was not my style to be in such an area as I had not had a good experience with it. "Let's go." he stopped and looked at me and sat on the front of one of the many cars. His smile, which he threw at me incessantly, could take your breath away if he wanted to, I sat down next to him on the hood. "Is it that bad for me here?" he asked and put his arm around me. "No, but you know exactly that I'm not a person for that." I said and leaned against him. "Yes, but you'll still be happy, Li." I looked at him and thought now he's completely crazy.
He was so warm, my eyes closed, the air smelled of exhaust fumes and of him. "Wake up, Angel." I heard him say I opened my eyes and looked around it was still light around us but we were in a different place. "Well how was your dream, honey?" I shrugged and kept looking around. "Where are we?" it seemed so familiar to me and then again it didn't. "You still ask Lily that?" a voice asked me that was all too familiar to me. "Really Lily." I didn't see where the voices were coming from until I saw the end of the great hall. "Tai, John." the two didn't hear me but they smiled broadly.I got up and walked slowly to the other end of the hall, Kai held my hand tightly in his while walking when I saw instruments standing behind them as the two of them arrived. "Come on up here." said Tai. "What are we supposed to do there?" I asked but moved to the stairs that led up. "This was an idea and since you are only here for a short time, we thought we would do what everyone is happy about!" said John, holding out a guitar. "Don't take them by the way." I had to laugh and picked up the guitar. "And what are you going to do?" I asked and looked around. It was as if I had landed in the past, so many people were standing in front of the stage and shouting through each other, it was the feeling that I had loved so much before. "Lily just play something." said Tai. I closed my eyes and adjusted the pages, a melody was floating around my head that was looking for its way to my instrument. The boys had listened to the melody for a short time and then joined in, my eyes opened again and there were people in front of the stage that I all knew from before.
Far back were Tiana, Marc and Alex the three of them crept on to the stage. "Do you think it was such a good idea to do this Marc?" Marc looked at his little brother and thought and then looked at the stage. "We'll see Alex." he said and went on.
The feeling of being on such a stage again was one of those things that I hadn't experienced in such a long time and this should probably be the last time. For some it would have been a bad experience, but for me it wasn't like that and for the others neither because we were at home on stage. The music changed my thinking so much for a short time that I didn't even notice that Tiana was on stage, when I noticed she was standing so close to the edge that I felt sick and I started walking. Tiana was startled and screamed but she noticed immediately that it was me and her scream stopped."What are you doing here mouse?" I asked her.
