Chapter: Reito's death

A few weeks had now passed and Yo was thought to be dead. Reito saw it in his study and thought about the mistakes he had made in life; "I didn't know my son, and now you're gone too, Yo." he sighed heavily.

Somebody knocked on the door. "In!" the door slid open. "I'm sorry if I should disturb you, Reito." it was Nami who looked tough on the outside but was completely lost on the inside. "What can I do for you, Nami?" his gaze was on her face, which was now even sadder. "I ... I know ... it's a lot ... asking, but ..." her voice cracked.
"Is it about Yuki?" asked he. Nami gathered up all her courage and tried to say it. "Reito ... he's not dead ..." he believed her. "Only they haven't found him yet." she nodded. "Have a seat, Nami." he was worried about her. "Reito, would you tell me why ..." her hands trembled just like her voice. "He will come back again." he promised.

Nami had just left him when he got a call. "Reito Kuragi." he answered. "Mr. Kuragi, it's nice to hear your voice." said the person on the other end of the line. "Who do I talk to?" he asked politely. "I'm sorry, Mr. Kuragi, that I didn't introduce myself." he paused for a moment. "My name is Miyung from Search Company that you hired." now Reito knew who he was dealing with. "What can I do for you?" Reito asked the question and got an answer. "We have found the Lord ..." the connection was broken. So close and yet he hadn't got a precise answer.

He made his way to the bedroom to get a good night's sleep. Reito thought a lot lately so it wasn't surprising that he sat awake in bed for a while. A sharp pain in his heart made him slump and he tried to get his medication. He couldn't do this anymore, the pain had stopped. Reito was lying on the floor, no more muscles moving on him, his time was over.

Nami sat all evening and looked at the picture of Yo and Yuki. He had loved her before she was born. For him she was his little angel who loved winter, and in many ways just like him. A low sigh escaped her, her thoughts going back to the day he left. At the airport they were talking, kissing goodbye, tears everywhere. "I'll be back with you soon, my darling." he squeezed it one last time and left it.

The news of Reito Kuragi's death spread like fire. The whole press had made it the headline just leave it. > Reito Kuragi a tragic loss! <or> Kuragi's death moves the world <everyone made a story out of the whole. Although no one knew the exact reason for his death, the press was quick to write their articles, which were mostly printed without background material."Mummy...?" Yuki yelled her mother out of her sleep. "Here you have to read this." she held the newspaper in front of her nose. > Reito Kuragi is dead <she does not let the article through. Nami jumped out of bed thinking that it wasn't a mistake to have begged him.

The media had spread his death before it was actually announced. "Mummy?" she looked at her mother. "Yes, Yuki?" she asked. “Mr. Kuragi was dad's friend, wasn't it?” Nami nodded. Yuki didn't speak further, she knew that her mother was very close to the water on this subject.
