Chapter: Wedding plans and an incident

It had been two days after what had been in the bar and nothing changed with us. But we had told everyone that we wanted to get married and were already planning something for everything. Kai was fully involved and was looking for the right setting for the wedding and I was concerned with who should be invited. The list of guests wasn't very long and that was a good thing, so I found it a secret. Crowds were okay at concerts, but there should be a few people at weddings. I grinned at the sight of the quay that he had once again fell asleep over all the printouts. I got him a blanket and put it over him, pushed everything together and then sat on the couch and looked at a wedding dress magazine. I felt bad about the clothes that had been printed. I wanted something that would remind me of that day forever. Except for a lot of pictures and my Kai, now I slowly realized that he and I would stay united forever I smiled broadly and put the magazine aside.
I wrote a little note for him and then made my way to the doctor where I had my annual check-up. It wasn't right for me that it had to be today, but then I was behind me and only had to come back if I was missing something. The waiting room was pretty empty which was unusual for this doctor because he always had a full house. I registered and sat down because the doctor was probably not in the house, I had taken a book with me to read just in case. I had read almost 20 pages when I heard my name come out of the doctor's mouth and I entered the treatment room. "So I got your results from my substitute doctor and can tell you that you have to hold back from working and drinking alcohol for a very long time." I looked at him and raised an eyebrow."Miss Fukuma, you are pregnant." he held out his hand and congratulated me, told me about the other results and took blood from me.
When I got home Tama was already with us and Haru and Tia were playing happily outside. I wanted to tell Kai tonight if Tiana was sleeping but then maybe she would wake up from his words spoken aloud. "Angel you are back." he said and hugged me. "What's the matter, Lily?" I shook my head and looked at Tama. "It's actually not just that I'm pregnant again." I knew it wasn't chosen but it was said. Kai turned me around and kissed me he seemed happy about it. Tama gave us both a hug and then looked out at Haru and Tia, smiled, and looked back at us. "One more child is nice." she left us alone and went to the children. Kai pulled me onto the couch with him, I just had to look at him all the time. "Do you know that you make me happy with the news, Angel." I looked at him and cocked my head. "Yes, I can at least experience what I missed with Tiana with this baby." his words kept true with hope.
A few weeks passed, we had planned our wedding down to the smallest detail and wanted to celebrate in Hokkaido but that was not possible because nobody would do anything there that day because it was a public holiday, so we all flew from Osaka to Germany. Tama and Haru flew with us and both were dead tired when we arrived in Germany, Maik was already waiting for us to take us with him. It was autumn in Germany that you could see every corner that was illuminated by neon light, Maik was talking to Kai who, despite being tired, seemed to be wide awake.
"You and Lily you two look really happy." Kai looked back at Lily. "Yes we are too and I think it will stay that way." he grinned. "What do I not know K?" he asked as he stopped at a red light."You will find out soon enough." he grinned. His Angel had a second child from him that he wanted to keep to himself for a while, above all she shouldn't get upset that could harm her and the baby. "Tell me K?" King began to drive him out of his mind. "What the King?" he looked at him. “Do your parents know that you want to get married?” Maik looked briefly at him and then back to the street. "The two didn't want to hear about it, but Angel invited them anyway!" he informed his friend. "Our little Lily." said Maik. “You still call her Angel?” Kai smiled. "Isn't she always an angel, isn't she?" he asked the other question. "She always was for you, I'm just surprised that you still call her that." Kai raised an eyebrow. "I'm not going to say anything to you and Jenny now." then he had met him now. "It's okay, I won't say anything more." he said and parked the car in front of the old flat share. "So ladies we are here." said to everyone in the car. Kai simply ignored this comment and got out, opened the door at the back so that we could get out. The children were asleep, so Kai and Maik carried them upstairs to the apartment, Claire lived here until recently, you could see that. "Claire let you have the apartment as long as you are here and wants you to keep your little mess, as she calls it." Maik told us. I had to resist laughing and looked around here, a lot had changed, but somehow that wasn't all. "I'll see you in the course of the day, I hope really strong." he said put a key in my hand and hugged me. "Take care of our little K, take good care of Lily!" he whispered and let go of me, I nodded to him and he disappeared.
We were all dead tired, and by noon we were all awake enough to talk to each other. Only a few words were uttered. Kai, Tama, Haru, Tia and I wanted to stop together, which Kai didn't like but he came with us."Hopefully you know that I'm just doing this out of Angel!" he said a bit bitchily. "And you know how much I care to have you with me." I said kissed him on the cheek. It was a nice day until we met Jenny. "I guess you have to congratulate you two." she hissed. "Thank you Jennifer." I gave back and then went on. The old memories came back and I didn't want to show them to anyone, I didn't even want to see them again.
"You and your tact." said Kai. "I'm sorry, but that's the way it is." she said to him and Tamara. Tamara looked worried back and forth between everyone, she didn't like the whole thing, but she didn't dare to say anything. Haruna tugged at her skirt and she knelt down to her. "What do you have the Haruna?" she asked. "Aunt Lily." she looked in the direction where Lily had sat down. "Oh my God." she said in Japanese. And walked up to Lily with quick steps, kneeling in front of her. "Lily come on, you can't just fold up." she talked to her for a moment. "Kai ..." she called out to him. When he realized that it was Lily he ran to Tama and her, she had a low fever and seemed to be exhausted.
Lily stood at this lake in the park where she had always liked to be with Kai in the past, a smile marked her features. Today had been a beautiful day, she had made a deal for 12 gigs and was just happy. A text message from the boys had brought her here, although it couldn't have been from her cell phone, and yet she was waiting here. "Lily?" asked a very familiar voice, she turned and looked at Jenny. "What is the Jenny?" I asked, still smiling. "I have to tell you something ..." she broke off and didn't look at me. "Then just say it." I meant. The sun disappeared behind dark clouds that had drawn up. The first drops were already falling. "Lily, I can't love you anymore ..." she began."It's from Lily ..." she said and walked away. Lily slumped to the floor, tears ran down her cheeks, the rain got stronger and stronger, she saw it and got wet. She didn't care, she would have loved to never leave here, she looked at the sky, heard footsteps that were louder through the puddles. "Lily ..." this voice sounded worried but also loving. It was Kai's voice that she heard, why was he here, why. "Lily you can't stay here." he said and pulled me up.
From afar I heard this voice again, it was full of worry and love, and took me out of my environment of grief. "Angel please wake up." he kept saying. His hand squeezed mine gently and I tried not to let go of his, didn't want him to suffer because of me and live without me.
